Terrorism

Community Preparedness and Response to Terrorism.  Ed. by Gerald R. Ledlow. Westport, CT: Praeger, 2005

A three volume set devoted to the discussion of community preparedness to terrorist threats. The volumes discuss this topic from three different aspects, "The Terrorist Threat and Community Response", "The Role of Community Organizations and Business", and "Communication and the Media". The discussion analyzes past events as well as proposing and evaluating methods and models for future events. Each volume features a bibliography and an index, and resource lists are provided as well.
