From the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the new searchable database of disclosure forms. The database offers searching by company name, ticker symbol, mutual fund, or by the full-text of reports from the past four years. Reports can be found for all years available, and boolean and advanced searching is available.

Big Charts

From Dow Jones's MarketWatch site, a website for generating financials charts of corporations. Simply enter a company name or ticker symbol and choose Basic Chart, Advanced Chart, or Interactive Chart. The basic charts track daily stock prices and volume trading. From the advanced charts, users can choose to view earnings, dividends, and indicators such as Rate of Change, Relative Strength Index, and P/E Ratio. Users can choose to view these numbers along different timelines or in comparison to another company's numbers.
