From the Graduate School of Urban Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Delaware, a database of media clips from local television news broadcasts.
This media clips are searchable by keyword, with the ability to limit to a certain topic area and metropolitan area. Research publications that have already used this sampling are made available on the website. The data available here is a great resource and is accessible under Fair Use guidelines.

The Voice of America news service was originally founded in 1942 to provide news and information to people in closed and war-torn regions. News can be browsed by region or by topic.

Center for Public Integrity: investigative journalism in the public interest

A nonpartisan, non-profit organization delivering investigative journalism on current issues. Under the section multimedia, the website features videos and podcasts.
